Can I order by phone?
Of course. You’re welcome to give us a call, daytime, on 01279 876661

Can I pay by cheque?
You may pay by cheque but we must allow the extra days for the cheque to clear before your order is sent off, that’s all.

Can I specify what date I want my hamper delivered?
We can arrange for deliveries on Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Christmas festivity days etc. We're not able to get deliveries to you for the day after a Bank holiday alas. However, for local folks, 10 miles radius of CM6 1RF in Essex, we can often offer Sunday, Monday and Bank Holiday deliveries.

How much notice do I need to give for my order?
We like as much notice as possible please with a minimum of 48 hours. For extra busy times when the Scone Gnomes are working flat out, do give us longer to ensure your order can be supplied.

I’m sending the box as a present. Can I include a message?
Yes, you can. We will happily include a gift note with your bespoke message on it. No extra charge.

Can I alter the contents of the hamper?
Just give us a call on 01279 876661 or email if you have special requests about allergies or if you want to swap a sandwich filling (eg changing the smoked salmon option for a vegetarian choice etc).

How do you send clotted cream without it going off?
We are able to send out fresh items like cream and sandwiches because we have specially designed chillboxes which travel to you by speedy courier.

What if no one is in when the hamper box is delivered?
Our couriers deliver by 12.30am to the agreed address on the chosen day. We ask you to ensure that someone will be there to receive the hamper box from 7.30am onwards. Unsuccessful deliveries are returned to your local parcel depot for you to collect - but as the boxes contain delicious fresh food, it's best to avoid this situation.
